Natural crystals may show tiny inclusions, uneven banding, subtle colour shifts or
small differences from bead to bead. These are part of the stone's natural
character and make every bracelet uniquely yours.

Because no two natural crystals form in exactly the same way. We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but the exact shade, pattern, clarity, banding and
inclusions may vary slightly in the bracelet you receive.

These natural variations are not defects; they are part of what makes each SpellBound piece one of a kind.

Our Standard Fit (16–17.5 cm) comfortably fits most wrist sizes.

If you’d prefer a more personalized fit, simply measure your wrist using a measuring tape (or wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it overlaps, and measure it with a ruler). Measure snugly—not too tight or too loose.

Roll the bracelet gently over your hand rather than pulling or overstretching the
elastic. Remove it before bathing, swimming, exercise or household work, and avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals.

Wipe the beads with a soft, dry cloth and store the bracelet in its SpellBound box or a soft pouch when not in use. If you enjoy crystal rituals, cleansing is entirely optional; choose a dry method that is suitable for your particular stone and
never soak the bracelet.

Absolutely. Select the gift option in your cart and add your message before checkout. The bracelet will arrive beautifully presented with an Intention Card for the recipient to make the meaning personal to them.

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery across India is generally expected within 3-5 working days, depending on the destination and courier service. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 999. Any delivery charge for smaller orders is shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders, and any applicable COD fee will also be displayed before payment.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can share the correct return instructions.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and help make it right. Refunds are initiated after the returned item has been received
and inspected, in line with our Refund Policy.
