Kindly provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

Damages And Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
